    Core Truth (Discipling
    1. Key Words/Meanings:
    intentional: purposeful action
encourage/equip/challenge one another: journeying together and pushing each other along (similar to a running group)
toward maturity in Christ: the direction that we are headed. we all need to channel our energy in a specific direction.

Toward Christ is where I hope to be headed.

    2. Core Truth
disciplining takes work, dedicated teamwork with eyes focused on Jesus.

    3. What questions or issues does the core truth raise for you?
    -Which way am I headed?
-How do I stay on track?

    Memory Verse (Matthew 28:18-20)

    1. Resurrection of Jesus, guards falsifying account, disciples met at predetermined place to worship him; but then still some

doubted, so he told them the great commandment. I guess the power of someone's words means a lot depending who you speak

with. I gather Jesus was a man of His words and if He said something it would happen. So I would say a lot more peace came

upon them. I know that I too look to this passage for comfort when I feel I'm all alone.
    2. All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them

in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.

And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
    3. Jesus rules over heaven and earth. He has a heart for ALL people. He promises to be with his disciples til the very end.
    4. Ensure that disciples (ie. us) know that while a situation may not seem right or favourable; that God is still always in control
    5. Quality fellowship time, accountability, living transparently
    6. When one commits to following Christ
    7. Funning cause this is the second time I'm going through this part of the study. The first time my response was lost when I closed the website without saving.. It reminds me that God is the one in control especially when things get a bit rough.

    1.
    - time of centering Himself with God
    - for companionship? Hences the disciples right after
    - for strength to carry out the Father's work.
    - or maybe just be supper strong because the Spirit is in you.

    2. He had in mind to send them out.

    3. Power and authority to drive out demons. Jesus was always compassionate. You can bank on God always giving you exactly what he wants from you.

    4. Debrief

    5. Going by faith alone... not having any plans. It's easy to do with you're single; but not hospital prior.

    6. Luke 9:3: He told them: "Tkae nothing for the journey = no staff, no baf, no bread, no money , and no extra tunic." Go out by faith and know that I will guide/protect/lead you as I do every. But this is also very relevant to my life right now, trying to pick up mre shifts @ in Vancouver. Man I'm tired, i might be typing gibberish soon...

More stories later, but I think I"m loosing my mind. Look forward to discussion; however, I'm not sure I'll free this week at all.... next wekk too?

    peace,
